β’ Make outbound calls to warm leads generated by our marketing team (no cold calling lists). β’ Engage with prospective students and clients in the USA, Canada, Australia, and UK markets. β’ Understand customer needs, present course and service benefits, and close sales. β’ Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up promptly. β’ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
β’ Excellent English communication skills (neutral or international accent preferred). β’ Proven telesales / inside sales experience (US process a big plus). β’ Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality. β’ Ability to work night shifts and maintain energy throughout. β’ Comfort with CRM tools and quick adoption of new systems.
