📋 Description

• Lead and manage technology projects supporting the IRS's desktop, endpoint, and user-support environments • Plan, coordinate, deploy, and deliver IT initiatives while maintaining schedule, budget, and organizational alignment • Serve as primary point of contact between the government and contractor • Manage contract performance, staffing, deliverables, and stakeholder communication • Lead project meetings and track project risks, issues, and action items • Prepare management reports, project-management documents, stakeholder briefings, agendas, and meeting notes • Ensure smooth transition during implementation, operation, transition-in, steady-state operations, and transition-out • Provide continuous project management support for User Support programs and projects • Manage scope, schedule, and budget; gather requirements and use cases • Maintain work breakdown structures and project schedules • Maintain alignment with the Tech Ops PPPM initiative

🎯 Requirements

• Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure or endpoint-management projects • At least 3 years supporting Microsoft enterprise technologies such as Intune, Windows 11, or Microsoft 365 in large-scale environments • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project schedules, risks, deployments, and operational transitions • PMP, CAPM, ITIL Foundation, PMI-ACP, or equivalent industry-recognized project-management certification(s) • Must undergo a High-Risk Background Investigation • Must complete a 7-panel drug screening
