📋 Description
• Establish work standards, schedules, resources, and performance expectations • Lead contractor personnel and build effective, energized teams • Monitor performance, costs, budgets, deliverables, and resource utilization • Coordinate with client sponsors across all program activities • Integrate complex projects and respond effectively to BPA requirements • Allocate funds and resources to achieve strategic project objectives • Prepare BPA call responses and required project deliverables • Apply business process improvements to enhance program performance
🎯 Requirements
• Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship • Ability to complete background investigations and Personal Identity Verification (PIV) • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience OR Master's degree and 4 years of experience in business, management, information systems or other related fields • Strong background in project management • Project Management Professional certification preferred • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction to staff and possess expertise in the management and control of funds and resources • Experience leading and integrating elements of complex projects to achieve desired results by setting strategically aligned goals • Business process reengineering expertise preferred
