📋 Description

• Support Army logistics materiel management programs through supply management, inventory analysis, warehousing, and strategic initiatives. • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate materiel management operations, inventory performance, supply chain effectiveness, and emerging issues. • Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze information from multiple data sources to support executive decision making and program recommendations. • Develop executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and other written communications supporting Army logistics materiel management initiatives. • Support planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of warehousing, secondary item management, inventory control, and supply management processes. • Coordinate activities and recommendations across multiple Army organizations and stakeholders to support enterprise materiel management objectives. • Monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables, inventory trends, and action items to ensure timely execution. • Facilitate meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions. • Synthesize complex operational and analytical information into actionable recommendations that improve supply chain performance, materiel readiness, and organizational effectiveness. • Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to support leadership visibility and informed decision making. • Support strategic planning, inventory assessments, supply chain analysis, and enterprise modernization initiatives, as required. • Support business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as required. • Perform additional consulting, analytical, and project support activities as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline. • 10 or more years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, materiel management, mortuary affairs, DoD, or other complex Government organizations. • Experience supporting strategic sustainment, supply chain operations, logistics analysis, or organizational assessments. • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms. • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, actionable recommendations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams. • Self-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments. • Available for occasional travel. • This position requires an active Secret security clearance. • Applicants must be U.S. citizens.
