📋 Description

• Deliver the full implementation life cycle to support deployment of ServiceNow modules into complex client environments • Work with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment • Develop an understanding of customers’ ServiceNow business needs • Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand mission needs and implement requirements in ServiceNow • Provide technical expertise on technical questions related to assigned ServiceNow implementations • Deliver in-progress and final capability demonstrations to client stakeholders • Implement ServiceNow modules for multiple customers • Implement configurations and customizations for multiple customers • Create and manage workspaces, business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required • Six (6) or more years’ work experience • Four (4) or more years’ experience in configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform or applications • Demonstrated experience implementing and deploying ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques in a client environment • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities in a client environment • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Business Rules and scripting aspects of the ServiceNow Platform • Experience in ServiceNow application implementation and deployment • Some travel may be required within CONUS only • Experience implementing ServiceNow within a Human Centered Design framework • Demonstrated experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow Service Portal pages and widgets • Demonstrated experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow Workspaces • Demonstrated experience implementing ServiceNow in Customer Service Management (CSM) and one additional module: Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), or Integrated Risk Management • Demonstrated experience implementing ServiceNow modules for US Federal Government clients • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification desired • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM certification desired • Degree in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred
