Students complete core academics in a focused two-hour morning block using personalized, AI-driven learning, then spend afternoons (noon–4pm) training with former professional athletes and coaches while receiving instruction in leadership, financial literacy, NIL prep, and content creation. The organization operates multiple Texas locations (Carrollton, Houston, Plano), emphasizes faster academic mastery and athletic development for grades ~3–11, and positions itself as an alternative to traditional full-day schooling for serious student-athletes.

📋 Description

• Manage the [email protected] inbox end-to-end • Receive, verify, file, and log transcripts, report cards, immunization records, athletic physicals, accommodations documents, and prior records • Confirm immunization records meet Texas enrollment requirements • Intake FIE reports, dyslexia evaluations, and 504/IEP records and route them confidentially to the academics team • Request records, shot records, athletic physicals, and VOE from prior schools • Obtain signed parent release forms to meet FERPA requirements • Use TREx for Texas district transcripts and Parchment where applicable • Follow up on every open request every 5 business days until closed • Answer parent questions the same day • Route credit-transfer questions to the college counselor and flag relevant issues • Keep the team informed about enrollment blocked by missing records • Handle records in line with FERPA, including release authorizations, confidential storage, and need-to-know routing • Ensure official transcripts are complete and ready for NCAA eligibility work • Help improve the records playbook, including checklists, templates, and forms, as new campuses open

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written communication with parents and school staff • 2+ years of experience in a registrar, records, or enrollment role at a Texas school • Working knowledge of TREx and Texas district records requests • Working knowledge of FERPA, including signed parent release requirements • Familiarity with Texas immunization requirements for enrollment • Extremely responsive and organized • Comfortable reviewing and correcting AI-drafted replies • Bonus: private-school transfers, NCAA Eligibility Center submissions, or Parchment experience

• $30/hr rate • 10–15 hrs/week, with more around semester starts (August and January) • Remote work
