📋 Description

• Conduct and complete documentation for CANS/ANSAs, Psychosocial Evaluations, and Individual Service Plans (ISPs) • Upload documentation in TheraNest within required timeframes • Participate in case reviews, team collaboration, and supervision if applicable • Attend required agency training to remain in compliance with licensure requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) • Experience conducting assessments and evaluations • Knowledge of clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards • Ability to respond to client and staff communications in a timely manner
