📋 Description

• Configure, implement, and deliver customer workshops across COINS ERP modules • Gather customer requirements, review COINS coding, and map business processes • Configure solutions aligned with customers’ operational and financial needs • Deliver software and business-process training through workshops, webinars, and seminars • Collaborate with other technical teams • Manage multiple implementation activities and project timelines • Balance priorities and deliver high-quality customer outcomes • Design reports and support data configuration activities • Perform data loading and DataMart or dataset definition where required • Identify opportunities for software enhancements • Contribute to ongoing product-area development • Guide customers through requirements gathering, business process mapping, configuration, training, and solution delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, including system configuration, testing, training, and deployment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Presentation design and delivery skills • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users • High attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage project issues effectively • Understanding of cost accounting and construction accounting systems • Understanding of trial balance and financial statement interpretation • Understanding of database tables and fields • Understanding of document management and OCR applications • Understanding of data file management, including configuration for data loading and DataMart/dataset definition • Applicants must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required • Preferred: Experience in Quantity Surveying or Accounting within the construction sector
