📋 Description

• Lead strategic renewal conversations for high-value customer accounts • Build clear, practical business cases focusing on outcomes • Shape negotiation strategies around pricing and contract terms • Support the wider team by acting as an escalation point

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of demonstrated success in a renewals, account management, or commercial customer success capacity • Exceptional negotiation and objection handling skills • Demonstrated experience carrying deals in the $500K–$2M+ ARR range • Experience using Salesforce to manage pipelines • An interest in improving processes
