📋 Description

• Own product strategy and direction for the assigned product area, using customer insight to determine what to build and why • Run product discovery by speaking with customers, using insight tools including artificial intelligence, and turning findings into a prioritised backlog • Work closely with engineering to maintain delivery momentum and ensure priorities and product purpose are clear • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer teams to bring products to market and ensure launches land well with customers • Shape product ideas from early thinking through launch and take end-to-end ownership • Collaborate with engineers, go-to-market teams, and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • End-to-end product ownership from strategy and discovery through build and go-to-market • Comfort working in Agile teams and delivering work in short, focused cycles • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas simply to different audiences • Interest in artificial intelligence tools and their use in product discovery, writing, and delivery • Ability to work with engineering, sales, marketing, customer teams, and stakeholders • Customer-focused approach to product development • Ability to work in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
