âą Speak by phone with potential personal injury clients to understand their needs, make them comfortable, position the firm as a solution, and sign them as new clients âą Handle a high volume of calls and messages independently while pivoting between tasks âą Engage new inbound leads quickly via phone, text, and email âą Manage and track the prospect pipeline using lead management software âą Schedule and conduct detailed phone interviews to assess case potential âą Qualify and sign potential clients, overcome objections using a customer-centric soft-sales approach âą Conduct new-client intake and onboarding in lead-management software
âą Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer success, account management or client onboarding (required) âą 1+ years' recent experience in a fast-paced office environment (required) âą Spanish language skills â bilingual fluency (preferred) âą Documented history of exceeding goals and metrics (preferred) âą Professional services or B2C experience (preferred) âą Associate's degree or higher (preferred) âą Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week on the specified Saturday, Sunday, and weekday shifts âą Availability to work PST hours
