📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one and group coaching for stress management, emotional well-being, self-care, and personal growth • Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessments, including depression, anxiety, and stress screenings • Use motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral strategies, and mindfulness practices to encourage behavioral change • Collaborate with clients to establish achievable goals and tailored action plans • Identify when clients need clinical intervention and refer them to appropriate care • Help customers overcome barriers to better health • Use biometric values and motivational interviewing to improve clinical outcomes • Lead health and wellness promotional activities, including educational workshops, wellness programs, and digital content • Support health-related site events, including open enrollment, wellness committee facilitation, and health fairs • Maintain accurate and confidential client records • Stay current on behavioral health research, coaching methodologies, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in health coaching, health education, and health promotion with a behavioral health focus • Bachelor's Degree required in a health-related field • Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification or ability to obtain during onboarding • Familiarity/experience with PHQ • Motivational interviewing and SMART goals • Dynamic presentation skills • Ability to work independently • Customer-centric focus • Ability to collaborate professionally with clients and matrix partners • Understanding of clinical targets and outcome measurements • Proven administrative abilities and strong computer and software application skills • Strong communication, active listening, and motivational skills • Ability to work with diverse populations and tailor coaching approaches • Internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload when working from home • Behavioral health experience, including trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, stress management, or holistic wellness approaches is a bonus • Health Coaching, Behavioral Health Coaching, Life Coaching, CHES, NBHWC, ICF, or similar certification is a bonus
