📋 Description

• Complete claims systems testing tasks with guidance from a mentor and/or Claims Systems Quality Review Supervisor • Use Jira and project methodologies to maintain tickets for claims systems testing requests • Test proprietary claim edits, industry-standard claim edits, and benefit rules across claim products and programs • Review, coordinate, and outline claims systems testing for claims configuration specialists • Document testing in a Microsoft Excel tracker • Test configuration changes to validate claims processing against requirements • Use SQL queries to review configuration, testing, and claims data • Investigate claim processing and determine configuration root causes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Associate degree in a computer-related field preferred • 2+ years of claims and health care data experience required • 1+ year of experience in medical claims systems configuration preferred • Experience running simple queries using Microsoft SQL • Experience with Microsoft Access databases, including queries and data manipulation, preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas, required • Strong technical competence, critical thinking, and communication skills required • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for home working • Must be eligible to work remotely in the United States
