📋 Description

• Act as the primary business owner and day-to-day point of accountability for the growing BlinkRx relationship • Provide responsive account management services and partner on innovation • Connect BlinkRx, operations, and enterprise partners, including timely implementation of new drugs and services • Track volume expectations, surface risks, and recommend solutions to meet or exceed the BlinkRx financial forecast • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution • Facilitate growth projects and drive sustainable, repeatable, measurable implementation • Partner with senior leaders to prioritize impactful work aligned with business strategy • Provide regular updates on project status and results • Partner with sales, operations, product, and other business leaders to achieve growth, margin, and expense goals • Explore tools and technologies to support and reengineer workflows • Represent fertility pharmacies in enterprise cross-functional initiatives and bodies of work

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or business operations, ideally in pharmacy, healthcare, or a regulated environment • Proven ability to own a key business relationship or P&L-adjacent outcome and deliver growth • Strong background in process analysis, improvement, and change management • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior leaders • Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-growing business • Experience with cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working from home
