• Answer calls, texts, and emails in English and Spanish with empathy, clarity, and accuracy. • Schedule appointments, manage provider calendars, and follow up with patients. • Coordinate lab orders, prescription refills, and external referrals. • Keep patient information updated and accurate in our electronic health record (EHR) system. • Support insurance and billing communication with patients and vendors. • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and California healthcare regulations. • Collaborate daily with a remote, global team to deliver seamless patient experiences. • Represent The Doctor’s voice — friendly, informed, and human.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written). • 1+ year of experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, or similar role. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using EHR systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms. • Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure. • Familiarity with US healthcare operations and privacy standards HIPAA (preferred). • Reliable internet connection and a workspace free of distractions.
