📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and support business systems that drive organizational objectives and business outcomes • Serve as the primary point of contact for system functionality • Partner with business and technology teams to support, enhance, and optimize financial systems • Gather and document business and technical requirements • Analyze processes and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic objectives • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors • Ensure technology solutions align with business needs and enterprise standards • Lead financial initiatives • Support solution design, testing, and deployment activities • Provide guidance to team members and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field • 5–8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting complex business and technology initiatives • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering solutions that drive operational effectiveness • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience in data management, data analysis, data integration, and database technologies • Experience supporting corporate financial systems and related business processes preferred • Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities, influence stakeholders, mentor team members, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions • Expertise in Finance, business process analysis, data governance, and systems implementation • Experience with Essbase, SmartView, Oracle Cloud Products (Hyperion), VBA, and SQL preferred • Technical development skills in SQL, Essbase Calculation Scripts, Microsoft Access, and Visual Basic
