📋 Description

• Hold a portfolio of SMB clients with $3M to $50M in revenue as their outsourced financial leader. • Own financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs used by client leadership. • Help owners and management teams translate numbers into monthly business decisions. • Challenge clients on pricing, labor efficiency, and margin leakage. • Improve the company’s methodology, delivery, and tools based on client engagement learnings. • Manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics or an MBA required. • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial leadership, with titles such as CFO, Controller, FP&A Director, or Business Owner. • Hands-on experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses ($3M to $100M+ in annual revenue). • Proven ability to drive profitability improvement, margin expansion, and cash flow optimization through financial analysis. • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, dashboards, and analytics tools. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced consulting environment. • Previous business owner or entrepreneurial experience considered a strong plus. • Must reside in Texas or Georgia.
