📋 Description
• Serve as an embedded talent partner to growth-stage organizations • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts • Strengthen hiring processes and talent infrastructure • Provide market insight, candidate evaluation, and hiring guidance • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of professional experience • At least 5+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or talent partnership roles • Experience partnering with executive leadership teams • Experience leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple functions and seniority levels • Demonstrated strong consultative and client-facing experience • Strong operational mindset with process design experience • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies • Highly preferred: Experience supporting SaaS and technology organizations
