📋 Description

• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and trust through proactive communication and responsive service • Identify cross-selling, upselling, and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts • Support the full policy application lifecycle • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and quote requests professionally • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective health insurance client inquiries • Drive client satisfaction and retention • Assist with policy renewals • Resolve account-related concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License in one of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Georgia, required upon hire • Strong background in client management, account support, or consultative sales • Exceptional verbal and written communication with demonstrated phone presence • Solution-oriented problem-solving and analytical ability • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and remain open to evolving processes • Fast, accurate data entry capabilities (minimum 35 WPM) • PC running Windows 7 or higher, or Mac running macOS 10.1 or higher • Dual-monitor setup with secondary monitor, hands-free headset, and working webcam • High-speed internet connection • Must operate as an established business entity with an active DBA and valid EIN
