📋 Description

• Manage and grow a roster of NIL athletes and emerging sports creators • Source, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships • Educate athletes on brand building, social media strategy, reputation management, and long-term career planning • Collaborate with Business Affairs to ensure compliance with NIL regulations and contractual requirements • Consistently achieve individual revenue goals and roster growth targets • Develop relationships with universities, agencies, and sports organizations • Stay informed on evolving NIL legislation and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in creator management, sports marketing, athlete representation, or NIL • Strong understanding of the NIL ecosystem and college athletics • Proven success negotiating sponsorship and endorsement partnerships • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills • Existing network within collegiate athletics or professional sports • Experience representing athletes or sports personalities • Knowledge of NCAA regulations and NIL compliance • Passion for helping athletes build sustainable businesses beyond sport
