📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Creator Managers • Create a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement • Ensure the team achieves quarterly and annual revenue bookings and roster growth targets • Coach Creator Managers through complex brand negotiations, creator strategy, pricing, renewals, and relationship management • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions focused on professional development and measurable outcomes • Identify opportunities to grow creator businesses through new partnerships, long-term strategy, and proactive account management • Personally manage a select roster of high-value creators • Partner with Business Affairs, Accounting, Marketing, Creator Growth, and Executive Leadership • Recruit, onboard, and develop Creator Management talent • Contribute to leadership meetings, process improvements, strategic initiatives, and the agency's future growth

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creator, talent, influencer, entertainment, or digital talent management • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing client-facing teams • Demonstrated experience building a highly successful creator roster • Demonstrated success negotiating complex brand partnerships and talent deals • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence both creators and internal teams • Existing relationships with major brands, agencies, and industry partners (nice to have) • Experience managing high-profile creators (nice to have) • Experience working in a fast-growing startup or entrepreneurial environment (nice to have)
