• Work alongside the Director of PR & Marketing to execute publicity strategies across the creator roster • Pitch stories, coordinate interviews, and build relationships with reporters • Assist in writing and editing press releases, media alerts, and pitch letters • Manage inbound interview requests and coordinate schedules • Ensure creators are prepared for media opportunities • Manage creator event calendars and help secure brand events, red carpets, and industry activations • Support event planning, guest list coordination, on-site event management, and awards submissions • Track, collect, and report creator and agency media coverage • Create, maintain, and update media contact lists, schedules, and publicity trackers • Collaborate with creators and cross-functional teams to keep publicity initiatives running smoothly
• 2–3 years of experience in public relations or publicity, preferably within an agency environment • Experience working with creators, influencers, talent, or public personalities • Strong understanding of the media landscape and successful story pitching • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Experience using Muck Rack or other media databases and monitoring platforms is a bonus • Passion for influencer marketing, digital media, and the creator economy is a bonus • Experience coordinating interviews, media appearances, or live events is a bonus
