📋 Description

• Responsible for managing cases from inception to conclusion • Managing pre-litigation caseload, generating demand letters • Initiating and overseeing the litigation process • Negotiating pre litigation matters • Reviewing and analyzing the validity of cases • Creating legal documents • Organizing case information • Providing proper guidance to support staff • Reviewing laws and regulations • Receiving a monthly bonus incentive

🎯 Requirements

• License in good standing to practice law in Georgia • Maintain consistent communication with clients during the pre-litigation phase • Must work closely with case managers and other support staff during the pre-litigation phase • Must have a minimum of 5 years Plaintiff Personal Injury experience • Strong time management skills required • Must be able to multi-task and handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all levels of Firm personnel and the public • Excellent organizational skills • Strong client service skills • Must be able to handle all aspects of litigation including matters with jurisdiction in federal court • Excellent communication both written and verbal • Excellent organization and research skills • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, self-motivate and professional • Detail-oriented and motivated • Maintain heavy communication with clients and adjusters • Initiate welcome calls with new clients • Gather case details such as photos, treatment information & insurance information • Conduct settlements proceedings • Negotiate all liens and final balances with all treating providers • Correspond with medical providers to ensure clients are receiving adequate medical treatment • Assist with property damage when needed • Must have a strong work ethic • Must possess strong negotiation skills
