📋 Description

• Design and implement personalized ABA therapy plans • Conduct assessments and track client progress using data • Lead and mentor behavior technicians through coaching and clinical expertise • Partner with families and caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust • Manage a remote caseload with quarterly travel opportunities • Stay current with ABA research and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and Arizona LBA certification, required • Strong communication and coaching skills • Commitment to compassionate, high-quality ABA services • Ability to adapt to clinic and remote environments • Must reside in Arizona
