📋 Description

• Managing day-to-day operations for in-home service delivery • Overseeing client and staff scheduling to ensure consistent, high-quality care • Supporting and onboarding Behavior Technicians working in the field • Partnering with Clinical Leadership to maintain smooth service coordination • Assisting with community outreach and local relationship-building • Serving as a point of contact for families to ensure a positive service experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health • 3+ years Experience with scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations preferred • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting • Experience supporting or leading teams • Must be within driving distance of one of our clinics in North Carolina - Wilmington, Fayetteville, Raeford, Southern Pines, Winston Salem, Greensboro, Charlotte • Self-motivated and collaborative
