📋 Description

• Execute precise aerial tree care and removals. • Apply climbing, rigging, and chainsaw techniques. • Ensure canopy structural integrity and the safety of ground crew and property. • Monitor the drop zone, ground crew, power lines, and structural obstacles. • Perform daily inspection and basic field maintenance of chainsaws, power pruners, and climbing hardware. • Adhere to ANSI Z133 safety standards or local equivalent. • Report to the Foreman.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to perform strenuous manual labor in varying weather conditions and maintain work-positioning for extended periods. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, sustain high-intensity cardio, and maintain three points of contact while working at heights. • Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certification. • Proven understanding of ANSI Z133 safety standards. • Ability to complete an Aerial Rescue training module. • Valid Texas Driver’s License. • Ability to complete Saw Safety training covering kickback, push, and pull. • Ability to pass the Pre-Climber examination. • Ability to monitor drop zones, ground crew, power lines, and structural obstacles. • Ability to inspect and maintain chainsaws, power pruners, and climbing hardware.
