📋 Description

• The Business Analytics, Manager position is an integral part of the Insights Center of Excellence (COE) at The Wine Group. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs for information and insights and translate that into an intuitive and actionable reporting suite. • Drive report adoption through live or virtual trainings, explaining key metric definitions, report capabilities, and analysis outcomes. • Manage and improve data governance to ensure high levels of data accuracy and instill high levels of trust from the users of the report. • Prepare data for analysis, interpret results and present findings to the commercial organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is ideally in a quantitative or technical field. • 5+ years of technical experience in data reporting. • Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerBI. • Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of various data sources in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry like Circana, Nielsen, VIP, etc. • Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional integrity. • Able to execute multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
