📋 Description

• Support real-time employee injury response by assisting with scheduled and on-demand eVisit requests in collaboration with senior coordinators • Support clients in the assessment, documentation, and coordination of care and claims following on-the-job injuries through face-to-face, real-time video medical visits • Collect and maintain incident documentation for active callouts • Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously • Calmly guide callers through safety steps and next actions • Conduct remote eVisit appointments via video and telephone • Collaborate with senior coordinators to manage incident workflows • Perform various administrative tasks as required

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in 911 emergency medical response • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Spanish • NREMT or State EMT-B (or above) • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required • Applications require an acceptable pre-employment drug test and background investigation • Flexible start availability around your schedule • Preferred: Some furthered education (i.e. college, vocational school, etc.) • Preferred: HSMT certification • Preferred: Phone experience in an office, dispatch, or recruiting environment • Preferred: 1 year experience in an administrative / office environment
