📋 Description

• Set academic strategy to ensure curriculum and instruction teams operate as one • Reimagine and grow graduate programming based on student needs • Own curriculum design and innovation for graduate courses • Uphold quality and drive student outcomes through program evaluation • Build a high-performing faculty and foster innovation in teaching • Champion student and academic success through support services • Oversee budget and resource alignment with academic priorities • Serve as academic face to accreditors and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of multi-disciplinary leadership within higher education • Hands-on experience spans curriculum, instruction, and faculty development • Terminal degree in education or closely related field • Experience with accreditation, assessment, and academic effectiveness • Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
