📋 Description
• Serve as clients’ strategic partner for profit and tax planning • Seasonal federal and state tax filings and analysis • Complete and advise on quarterly estimated income tax payments • Perform bookkeeping work in Xero and/or QuickBooks • Conduct cash flow analysis and financial forecasting • Manage onboarding and renewals • Promote client and team success
🎯 Requirements
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification • 4–7 years of hands-on bookkeeping and accounting experience • 4-7 years in client success, account management, tax planning, and tax preparation • Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks and Xero • Proficiency using Google Apps • Ability to improve client relationships and retention • Highly detailed and organized • Experience handling confidential information
