📋 Description

• Create cohesive brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, and overall visual language • Design user-friendly websites across platforms such as Squarespace, WordPress, and Wix • Use Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Develop innovative design solutions aligned with client goals • Work independently while managing multiple client accounts • Collaborate with other professionals and clients • Deliver high-quality design outcomes on time • Focus on client delivery while The Boutique COO manages sales, billing, collections, escalations, and incidents

🎯 Requirements

• U.S.-Based • Bachelor's degree or another form of education in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred • Portfolio showcasing design work, particularly in branding and web design • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client accounts at once • Own design software access • Reliable computer with a strong and consistent internet connection • Demonstrated history of creating cohesive brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, and overall visual language • Proficiency designing user-friendly websites on Squarespace, WordPress, or Wix • Innovative, client-aligned approach to design challenges • Keen eye for aesthetics • Willingness to work alongside professionals and clients • Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes on time
