📋 Description

• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms • Create tailored content strategies and detailed content calendars aligned with client goals • Create visually engaging content, including short-form videos, carousels, and stories • Craft messages tailored to different audiences, industries, and client priorities • Solve open-ended client problems and find innovative solutions • Manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines • Use web-based applications, platforms, and AI tools in day-to-day operations • Serve a roster of 2–5 ongoing clients, with the ability to choose which clients to take on • Maintain weekday availability and meet typical 1–2 day project turnaround times • Deliver high-quality services to clients

🎯 Requirements

• U.S.-Based • Computer • Strong & Consistent Internet Connection • Proven track record of developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms • Ability to create tailored content strategies and detailed content calendars aligned with client goals • Strong graphic design and editing abilities • Ability to create visually engaging short-form video content, carousels, stories, and other content • Ability to craft messages tailored to different audiences, industries, and client priorities • Ability to solve open-ended problems and find innovative solutions • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Comfort with web-based applications and platforms used in day-to-day business operations • Thoughtful use of AI tools • Ability to learn new systems quickly and independently
