📋 Description

• Provide strategic support to the negotiations team for assigned pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts • Review and interpret contracts • Develop business redlines • Finalize matrices • Support strategic business reviews and participate in strategic initiatives • Assess the financial impact of assigned accounts • Collaborate with Negotiators, Sr. Account Directors, and Account Management on business review vision, objectives, strategy, and presentation content • Consult with Negotiators and Team Leadership to determine data needs and submit data requests • Build and maintain internal and external relationships • Apply business review knowledge across assigned accounts to provide consultative feedback and input on client strategy • Understand assigned client needs and evaluate how service offerings meet those needs • Participate in strategic initiatives and lead special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 8+ years’ relevant experience • Ability to position the company value proposition and meet client needs • Strong critical-thinking skills • Ability to manage timelines, meet deadlines, and document project progress • Willingness to work a flexible schedule during peak volume • Ability to assess program metrics and financials • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite skills • Superior verbal and written communication, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize work and make independent recommendations • Ability, confidence, and experience to serve as a counterpart to the Sr. Account Director’s team • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment • Knowledge of the specialty healthcare, pharmaceutical, and PBM industry • For home working, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
