• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 2+ years of work experience of PBM and healthcare implementation operations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and make decisions with minimal supervision • Experience managing workflows, coordinating projects, or resolving operational issues • Ability to manage timelines and deadlines • Detail-oriented, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues with innovative solutions.
