• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical Centers of Therapy within the aligned territory • Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support for successful product usage • Serve as a trusted resource for physicians and surgical teams in the operating room • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures • Communicate effectively between customers and colleagues • Identify and report concerns and opportunities to the Surgical Account Manager • Perform equipment and software upgrades • Conduct equipment fleet audits for product performance and compliance • Lead in-service training for physicians, residents, and surgical staff on surgical product applications • Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, Regional Peer Education, and Continuing Education programs • Assist Surgical Account Managers and Specialists with product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives • Provide on-site support for regional conversions and product adoption strategies • Track and maintain availability of surgical products and inventory levels • Achieve or exceed sales objectives through product utilization and customer engagement • Secure base business and expand new accounts through procedural support • Generate and track leads in Salesforce to support growth and business expansion
• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 1 year of required experience • Field-based role requiring approximately 25% travel • 1+ year of clinical experience in the operating room preferred • B2B sales experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Relevant clinical or hospital experience preferred • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and MS Teams • Strong drive for results, action orientation, strong work ethic, and career ambition • Ability to develop and present complex product demonstrations • Valid driver’s license issued in one of the 50 States with a clean driving record required • Ability to travel up to 50% when necessary, including overnight and/or weekends • Must reside within the assigned territory • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements
