📋 Description

• Partner with Business Development to drive the proposal process from start to finish as the primary contact for proposal development tasks • Review RFPs in detail and identify mandatory business requirements • Provide documentation needed for proposal construction to Business Development, Solutions, SMEs, proposal team members, and other key staff • Guide Associate Proposal Analysts and/or Proposal Writers on text shells, staffing documents, appendices, mandatory forms, and related tasks • Populate and customize proposal-team-owned text for each proposal • Supervise or complete edits, proofreading, and final editing/formatting • Deliver error-free files for proposal production • Oversee and support proposal production tasks as needed • Assist in training Associate Proposal Analysts on proposal processes • Assist with updating and maintaining proposal-team boilerplate text • Support updates and maintenance of training materials for proposal team roles

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS, preferably in English, Journalism, or a similar degree • Minimum two years in proposal writing/management or other relevant writing/business experience • Experience in the education or assessment industry preferred • Expert proficiency with Microsoft 365 • Highly organized and detail oriented • Ability to work independently while remaining committed and responsive to the team • Excellent writing and editing skills • Exceptional project management, planning, and time management skills • Assertive yet diplomatic communication style
