• Process and integrate customer data • Resolve problems and handle customer concerns • Build relationships with customers • Maintain communication with carriers and vendors • Ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulatory agencies • Handle accounting processes accurately and in a timely manner
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED • Willing to work weekends • Previous brokerage experience (preferred)
