📋 Description

• Supervise and support plumbers, helpers, and subcontractors on multiple job sites • Coordinate daily field operations to meet production schedules and deadlines • Maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and customers • Ensure work meets company standards, customer expectations, and applicable codes • Conduct job site inspections for quality, readiness, safety, and cleanliness • Address field issues, warranty concerns, and customer service needs • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals • Maintain production records, timekeeping, and project documentation • Enforce company policies and safety procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in residential new construction • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred • Tradesman or higher plumbing license preferred • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Physical Requirements: This position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physical activities such as climbing ladders, kneeling, crawling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working in construction environments.
