📋 Description

• Support integrated communication strategies aligned with GHB business priorities and objectives • Create and deliver communications across digital, print, executive presentation, organizational announcement, and leadership messaging channels • Manage communication plans, timelines, budgets, and workflows • Produce reports, dashboards, and analyses on communication effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and key performance indicators • Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable communications • Lead or support executive thought leadership content development • Coordinate content review, approvals, quality assurance, and distribution processes • Build relationships across the organization to understand stakeholder needs and improve communication effectiveness and employee engagement • Identify new approaches, tools, and communication strategies through continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, public relations, employee communications, or related fields • Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating communication strategies within a complex, matrixed organization • Strong project management and organizational skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including business writing, editing, and presentation development • Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teams and leadership levels • Experience working directly with senior executives and business leaders • Strong analytical skills for measuring communication effectiveness and informing decisions • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and other business communication tools • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt quickly • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) • Experience supporting global organizations or international business communications (preferred) • Knowledge of executive communications, thought leadership, media relations, or social media strategy (preferred) • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or health services (preferred) • Familiarity with employee engagement, change management, or internal communications programs (preferred) • Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working at home • Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered consistent with applicable laws
