• Support the CTO in planning and running team activities such as meetings, all-hands, and offsite events • Help create and improve career paths, performance reviews, and growth plans for engineers • Work with managers to monitor team health, including engagement, retention, and development • Build and improve onboarding plans for new hires • Partner with Recruiting to support hiring efforts, including job design and interview processes • Help plan hiring needs based on business goals and team priorities • Track open roles, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress • Keep track of key decisions and make sure action items are completed • Lead special projects such as team changes, new processes, or organizational improvements • Help document and share engineering standards and best practices • Coordinate work across teams to remove blockers and improve collaboration
• 5+ years of experience in a strategy, operations, or leadership support role • Experience working in a large or fast-paced organization is preferred • Strong understanding of people processes such as hiring, performance reviews, and career development • Excellent written communication skills (clear and easy-to-follow documents and summaries) • Strong relationship-building skills; able to handle sensitive topics with care and professionalism • Able to create structure and improve processes without making them overly complex • Nice to Have: Experience working with engineering or technology teams • Background in engineering or engineering management • Familiarity with compensation programs or salary structures
