📋 Description

• Manage products and guide Product owners and downstream PBS partners on clinical and benefit design for new and existing product launches • Develop strategy and execute bulk and maintenance-phase product enrollments • Support new Evernorth product implementation • Work directly with the Product team to capture clinical and benefit intent • Coordinate with downstream teams to make necessary system updates • Assess clinical and benefit downstream impacts • Confirm all setup connections are addressed • Establish post-go-live monitoring to quickly address issues • Document go-live procedures across multiple Client Services Operations teams • Present to leadership and lead discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (highly preferred) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy • Current US Pharmacist Licensure • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong commitment to clinical services and company goals • Ability to work with cross-functional committees or workgroups • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize • Ability to function under stressful situations • Clinical expertise and understanding of clinical arena/issues across all points of pharmaceutical care • Ability to present to leadership and lead discussions • Operations support, workflow support, problem solving, interface/presence with leadership, critical and strategic thinking, cross-functional skills, organizational collaboration, and forward thinking • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload when working from home • Advanced clinical experience/training/certifications preferred
