📋 Description

• Ensure patients get the medication they need • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, doctors, and caregivers • Assist with medication scheduling and providing general account support • Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits • Utilize knowledge from training and problem-solving skills to answer patient calls • Document all interactions in real-time during calls • Identify and empathetically address patient concerns and escalate appropriately

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED required • 1+ years of customer service/call center experience • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Experience with RXHome, and Care Central or Customer Relationship Manager preferred
