📋 Description

• Lead advanced statistical, exploratory, and root cause analyses using large, complex healthcare datasets • Design analytical frameworks, models, and measurement approaches for changing business needs • Create and improve analytical content for the Evernorth Control Center suite, including enterprise reporting, patient population analytics, and healthcare market insights • Partner with data scientists, engineers, clinicians, and business leaders to develop analytical solutions • Translate findings into recommendations that support informed decisions and improved outcomes • Guide the full solution lifecycle from requirements and development through testing, implementation, and continuous improvement • Advance team knowledge of emerging analytical methods, healthcare data trends, AI technologies, and data-driven decision support

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in advanced analytics, healthcare data, reporting, or a related area • Advanced SQL skills and experience working in large-scale data environments • Experience using Python or another commonly used programming language for analysis • Strong business analytics and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to business, clinical, technical, and leadership audiences • Experience collaborating across functions and contributing throughout the analytics solution lifecycle • Experience with one or more enterprise data platforms, such as Databricks, Teradata, or Postgres • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or Databricks Genie • Knowledge of AI, large language models, agents, or other modern analytical technologies • Experience applying analytics to healthcare data, patient populations, or healthcare market insights • If working at home, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
