📋 Description

• Provide telephonic education to patients and caregivers, including disease- and drug-specific education • Follow clinical protocols and work within nursing scope of practice and guidelines • Assess and document clinical data and interventions • Coach patients and focus on their overall well-being • Work with treating physicians to communicate new symptoms and health-related matters • Collaborate with a network of nurses for support and advocacy • Assist clinical departments with new-hire training and mentoring • Conduct peer-to-peer quality documentation checks • Provide feedback to management • Improve patients’ health and well-being and provide a sense of security

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) compact license required • MUST reside in a compact state • 2 years or more of relevant experience with an LPN License • Active unencumbered license in the state of residence • Completed the NCLEX-PN or a recognized state board exam • Ability to apply for or have a compact license and additional unrestricted single-state licenses • Maintaining all practical nursing licenses required for this role is a condition of employment • Microbiology completed in order to obtain California licensure • Knowledge and experience in Neurology / Multiple sclerosis, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Asthma, Oncology, or Pediatrics • Proficient in Microsoft applications • Minimum internet speed requirements: 5 Mbps upload / 2 Mbps download, using cable broadband or fiber optic • Excellent phone etiquette • For home working, internet service must provide at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload • Must reside in the United States in a compact nursing licensure state
