• High School Diploma or G.E.D. • 5+ years of experience in advanced data analysis, workforce management, operational planning, or a related business function • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and the ability to work with complex datasets • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly and influence decisions across a matrix organization • Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders and turn analysis into actionable business recommendations • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines
