📋 Description

• Lead Business Acceptance Testing for assigned releases, capabilities, and initiatives. • Use business requirements, process risk, and release goals to define test strategy, coverage priorities, scripts, and expected outcomes. • Analyze system, asset, configuration, and process changes to identify BAT impacts, risks, and readiness needs. • Validate pricing information and related business outcomes to confirm accuracy, identify issues, and support strong provider experience. • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve defects, remove blockers, and support implementation of new programs.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare, business operations, testing, systems, pricing, or related environment. • Experience leading or supporting business acceptance testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, or similar validation work. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Ability to translate technical concepts, business requirements, and system changes into clear testing needs and business impacts. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
