📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics using tools such as Looker and Sheets/Excel. • Perform campaign and A/B test result analyses, translating data into actionable recommendations. • Analyze customer profiles, usage behavior, and product engagement journeys. • Develop quantitative and qualitative hypotheses about gaps and opportunities in conversion and retention funnels. • Monitor business indicators (revenue, TPV, churn, product adoption) and generate alerts for deviations. • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Legal, Pricing, etc.) in the execution and evaluation of initiatives. • Contribute to the economic and operational assessment of engagement actions, including ROI and payback estimates. • Ensure consistency and reliability of the datasets and dashboards used by the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Business Analytics or similar roles. • Advanced SQL for extracting and manipulating data in large datasets. • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar). • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and sensitivity analysis. • Knowledge of applied statistics and experimentation (A/B testing). • Familiarity with financial business metrics (TPV, ARPU, margin, churn, incremental revenue). • Preferred: basic knowledge of corporate finance and FP&A.
