📋 Description

• Play a critical role in transforming data into decision‑ready insights that drive business performance, portfolio management, and risk outcomes • Perform complex analyses to inform data‑driven decisions • Identify trends, evaluate performance, and develop recommendations to address key business challenges • Combine insurance domain knowledge, analytical expertise, and technical skills to extract actionable insights • Shape data foundations and foster a data‑driven culture • Collaborate with partners across Claims, Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Technology to define problems and deliver solutions • Drive alignment effectively communicating insights, conclusions, and recommended actions to senior leadership • Build strong relationships to support adoption and execution of insights • Contribute to building and enhancing data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and analytical standards • Help establish consistent metric definitions, governance, and scalable analytics practices • Support the development of AI‑enabled and automated analytics capabilities • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to junior analysts

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry required • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience • Superior research, statistical, analytical, data processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses • Ability to make effective formal presentations • Strong oral and written communication skills • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and various structured analysis and design techniques • Knowledge of insurance, accounting and rate-making concepts • Strong ability to independently solve technical challenges by leveraging online resources • Demonstrated analytical agility and curiosity • Passion for learning new things, with an interest in technology • Ability to coach and mentor co-workers and give feedback as required by using effective interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment • Direct claims experience or analytical actuarial experience (preferred)
