📋 Description

• Provide customer coaching and support via video and telephone, focusing on stress, anxiety, depression and other challenges • Perform stress, anxiety and depression screenings • Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities • Refer customers to Cigna Evernorth clinical programs or client-specific programs as clinically appropriate • Establish health improvement plans and personalized evidence-based goals with customers • Support customers in achieving their health goals and becoming active participants in their health outcomes • Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health • Lead and support health and wellness promotional activities, including group coaching, wellness challenges and health-related seminars • Use biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to improve clinical outcomes • Collaborate with matrix partners on aligned clients’ health and wellness strategies • Own clinical targets and outcome measurements • Develop action plans that drive clinical value • Perform additional responsibilities within the scope of certification or licensure • Support training or mentorship of new employees as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong clinical skills with at least 1 year of experience in health coaching, health education and health promotion • Active, unrestricted RN license in the respective state, with ability to maintain it • Compact license or additional state licenses may be required, with ability to maintain them • Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification • Minimum Associate’s Degree in Nursing • At least 3 years of RN experience in a hospital or provider’s office setting • High-speed internet and quiet office space in a committed location • High energy level and dynamic presentation skills • Positive role model in demonstrating healthy behaviors • Passion for health improvement • Ability to work independently • Customer-centric focus • Ability to proactively collaborate professionally with the client and matrix partners • Proven administrative abilities and strong computer/software application skills • Adaptability and flexibility in a growing team • Ability to cover multiple time zones if needed
