📋 Description

• Execute high-quality analyses that answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives across the Clinical Analytics organization • Apply data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques to identify opportunities, explain trends, and inform future actions • Partner with business stakeholders to translate analytical needs into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations • Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code, frameworks, and documentation that improve analytical consistency and scalability • Validate data, methodologies, and outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and reproducibility • Create clear reports, presentations, and visualizations that help technical and non-technical audiences understand key findings • Contribute to study design activities, including cohort definitions, outcome measurement, and statistical summaries • Expand team knowledge of available data assets and support continuous improvement of analytics capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of analytics experience • Strong SQL skills and experience with at least one statistical programming language such as Python or R • Experience working with large datasets and applying data quality assurance practices • Ability to solve complex business problems using analytical thinking and sound statistical approaches • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain findings to technical and business audiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related field.
